Certified Records Analyst (CRA) Workshop
By achieving the CRA designation, records management professionals demonstrate a solid foundation in Records and Information Management (RIM). This first of its kind workshop will provide an introduction to the CRA examination process as well as an overview of Parts 2, 3, and 4 of the exam and sample examination questions.
